Kesh and Brittney are two Hawaiian locals who showed us some of their favorite parts of the island during their shoot. They will soon be off to Japan to teach for the JET program.
We got a winning image in the latest WPJA contest.
Lai and Barry’s wedding was an intimate affair full of DIY components that really represented who they are. Their Chinese + Irish wedding was held at the Pelican Inn in Muir Beach. The two-story Tudor style inn is charming and quaint, and the candlelight dinner brought a romantic feel to the joyful event. They kept the wedding cozy, with around 35 close friends and family whom traveled from near and some from as far as Ireland and Australia. The amazing rustic details were created by Lai’s talented designer sister Carol. As we documented their wedding day, we couldn’t help but fall in love with Lai and Barry, and their amazing family. There was so much laughter and tears of joy.
April & Mitchell met at a gym where April was teaching and have been inseparable since then. We are glad to have the opportunity to take their images in Hawaii.
Although we have visited Monterey many times, this was our first time shooting a wedding there. Michelle & Colin pulled out all the stops for their wedding at the iconic Pebble Beach Resort. Looking past the beautiful flowers and the amazing venue settings, what we saw permeating throughout the wedding is the amazing love that these two feel for each other. Is was not the tears that Colin shed when he saw Michelle walking down the aisle, nor the smile on Michelle’s face when she saw Colin standing up at the altar. It is that invisible bond that you feel when you see two people that are perfect for each other celebrating their union.
Michelle & Colin, thank you for having us at your wedding. We wish you many many years of happiness to come.
